Incepta has optimized various processes throughout its various plants to minimize the use of water for various activities such as washing of machines, glassware’s, facilities and containers.

Effluent treatment plant: Incepta Vaccine Ltd has imported a 60 KLD ETP plant which utilize the latest process to discharge the treated waste water. Presently this waste water is used for gardening purpose, vehicle washing purpose and various decorative water bodies. Now we are putting a reverse osmosis plant for this ETP, so that we can make this plant as Zero discharge plant and also utilize the treated water in our various utilities such as boilers and chillers.
